Senior Kickstart for the Class of 2026

Aug. 5-7, 2025

Senior Kickstart is an accelerated college application course designed to give rising
seniors a leg up on the application process. By the end of this 3-day program, students
will:
? Have a clear understanding of college pathways and options
? Have started some of the necessary aspects of the application such as:
o college list refinement
o accounts and logins 
o academic and activities sections
o Common Application
o UC/CSU application requirements
o essays – students will leave with at least one edited draft of an essay
o access to a college admission rep for essay advising

. . . all before senior year even starts! 
Students will also leave with documents that will keep them organized for months to
come, ensuring that they stay on track with deadlines.
Additionally, this course gives students the space and time to invest not only in the
college application process, but to reflect on their own goals and strengths in order to
better identify "right fit" colleges.
Dates: August 5, 2025 - August 7, 2025, 11:00 -2:00 pm
Location: Archie Williams High School, Classroom 125
Materials Needed: Students need access to their transcripts and need a laptop or iPad.

Cost: $300.00 – a limited number of scholarships are available
