Adult Swim Lessons - Beginning

This class is designed for adult swimmers that are just learning to swim.
Class time will be built around breathing, floating, arm stroke and kicking.
We will work on the basic mechanics of the freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke.
Class will be held in the 4ft to 7ft end of pool.
